Alternatively, LCA can deliver value-add strategies through contracted and JV partners as it has done in its Residential Development and Office schemes.

Once the value-add strategy has been delivered, LCA continues to drive and monitor the performance of the asset and, if appropriate, advise on the best exit strategy to maximise value.
